Important, please note the following: When returning any package or jiffy bag of HP-304 ink cartridges, or other inkjets, it is advisable you obtain Proof-of-Postage via the local Post Office or Royal Mail Depot you use. "There is nothing in life guaranteed apart from death and taxe's", as is said! This adage also applies to the Freepost service provided through Royal Mail.
There are some ink cartridge recyclers who state they test all inkjets using a machine to seek out non-reusable ones. Parts of a cartridge can easily damage, such as the foil connector. We, however, accept all HP ink cartridges as declared for return. But please note, this is provided you have returned in sufficient packaging, ie. a padded envelope/jiffy bag or box. Please do not return in an ordinary paper envelope as this will certainly present insufficient protection in transit and tear open.
